关于高校学生法治素养培育方式的几点思考

Reflections on the Cultivation of College Students' Rule of Law Literacy

高校学生是实现中华民族伟大复兴的生力军,是推进"四个全面"战略布局的推动者。顺应全面依法治国的新形势新要求,培养具备法治素养、推动实现"中国梦"的高素质新型人才,是新时代高校肩负的政治担当、历史使命。本文结合教育教学实践,分别从学校、教师和学生三个维度提出高校学生法治素养的培育方式,既要坚持把法治教育的要素植入校园文化建设,又要坚持把法治教育的素养作为师资队伍必备能力,同时还要坚持把法治教育的内容融入学生心理健康教育。着力解决高校学生法治观念淡薄、法治知识匮乏和法治信仰缺失等现实问题,努力培育一支知法、懂法、守法、用法的高素质合格建设者。

College students are the new force to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the propellant to advance the strategic layout of ＂four overall＂. It is the political responsibility and historical mission of colleges and universities in the new era to conform to the new situation and new requirements of the comprehensive rule of law,and to cultivate high-quality new talents with the rule of law and to promote the realization of the ＂Chinese dream＂. This paper,combining with the practice of education and teaching,puts forward the cultivation methods of college students ＇ quality of rule of law from three dimensions of schools,teachers and students,which not only adhere to the elements of the rule of law education into the construction of campus culture,but also adhere to the quality of the rule of law education as the necessary ability of the teachers,and to integrate the content of the rule of law education into the mental health education of the students. Efforts should be made to solve the practical problems such as the weak concept of rule of law,the lack of knowledge of the rule of law and the lack of belief in the rule of law,and to foster a group of qualified builders who know the law,understand the law,obey the law,use the law.
