论管理现代化背景下医院人事档案信息化建设

Information Construction of Hospital Personnel Files under the Background of Management Modernization

在医院管理现代化中,人事档案信息有着非常重要的基础作用,它既是引进和配置人力资源的重要依据,也是选拔和培养优秀人才时被经常使用的信息资源。本文以人事档案信息化内涵及其主要内容为出发点,客观分析了医院人事档案信息化建设中出现的主要问题及形成这些问题的基本原因,并着眼于促进医院管理现代化的总目标,对人事档案信息化建设提出了对策建议。

In the modernization of hospital management, personnel file information conveys a very important basic function,which is not only the important basis for introduction and allocation of human resources,but also the information resources frequently used in talents selection and training. This paper gives an objective analysis of main problems and their basic reasons in hospital personnel file information construction based on the analysis of connotation and main content of personnel file information,and puts forward some suggestions so as to promote the overall goal of hospital management modernization.
