律学与法学之分是中国特色法律文化中的一种独特法律现象。而我国现代意义上的法学是从国外引进的,那么在法学盛行的当代是否还存在着律学的身影?通过研究发现律学依然在当代有着存在的痕迹。其中在法学教育领域、法律解释领域和司法实践领域中最为明显。为此,应当对律学和法学进行更深入的对比研究,取长补短,走出中国特色的法律学之路。
