基于POI大数据的公共服务业态空间布局均等化研究

Research into the Equalization of Public Service Formats Based on POI Big Data

以合肥市区为研究区域,通过抓取互联网电子地图的静态POI数据,借助ArcGis强大的空间分析技术与工具,利用核密度分析法、地统计等方法手段,以教育、医疗、体育三大类POI数据为研究对象,研究其总体上和各个类别在空间布局上的差异特征。研究表明:首先在空间布局模式上呈现出集中分散布局;其次在空间布局规律上,整体特征为核心区聚集程度高-周边区域离散化集聚—其他区域离散化状态的整体布局规律;最后各个类型POI数据的空间布局有着显著的不均衡性和空间差异特征。

Taking Hefei urban area as the research area, grasping the static POI data of the Internet electronic map, using the powerful spatial analysis technology and tools of ArcGis, applying the methods of nuclear density analysis and ground statistics, the study focuses on the research object of three categories of POI numbers, education, medical treatment and sports. The research shows the differences in the spatial distribution of each category. The result attests： firstly, the spatial distribution pattern shows a centralized and decentralized layout; secondly, in the spatial layout law, the overall characteristics are the high concentration of the core area the discrete agglomeration of the surrounding areas the whole distribution of the discrete state of the other regions; finally, the spatial distribution of each type of POI data has a significant disequilibrium characteristics of sexual and spatial differences.
