铝电解槽降磁焊接技术及装备研发

摘要 铝电解槽阴极母线连接的焊接过程受磁场的影响较大,无法保证其焊接质量,从而导致电流分布不均,出现生产不稳定、能耗高、污染大及减产等问题。为解决上述问题,研发了铝电解槽降磁焊接技术及装备和焊接机器人。主要从装备的技术原理和路线、引流磁补偿装置的机械设计、结构优化和机器人的结构、机器人移动小车的设计等方面阐述了铝电解槽降磁焊接技术及装备的研发,并着重介绍了大容量变阻器的结构。 The cathode busbar connection of the aluminum electrolytic cell often adopts a series of power outage; current reduction and shielding for welding due to great influence of the magnetic field, which is unable to ensure welding quality, causes the unbalanced current distribution, and leads to unstable production, high energy consumption, serious pollution, and even causes the reduction of production. In order to solve the above problems, the technology, equipment for magnetic reduction and welding in aluminum electrolysis cell and welding robots have been developed. This paper mainly describes research and development on the technology and equipment for magnetic reduction and welding in aluminum electrolysis cell from technical principle and route of the equipment, mechanical design and structural optimization of drainage magnetic compensation device, design of robot structure and robot mobile trolley. In addition, the paper mainly introduces structure of high capacity rheostat.
