摘要
介绍了增强现实技术(AR)的技术原理和技术特点,结合铝工业生产过程的特点,提出:借助AR技术,解决设备的维修、维护工作量大难题,保障设备的稳定运行;利用AR技术,更便捷、准确地指导产品的生产制造过程;基于AR技术,更有效地提高培训效率,提升新员工操作水平,有系统指导所有的标准步骤。
This paper introduces the technical principle and technical characteristics of Augmented Reality Technology(AR).According to the characteristics in the production of aluminum industry, this paper puts forward that the problem of equipment maintenance and large workload of maintenance can be resolved with the help of AR technology to ensure stable equipment operation,and AR Technology can be used to guide the production and manufacturing of products more conveniently and accurately. Based on the AR technology, the training efficiency will be effectively increased, the operation level of new employees will be improved with the guidance of all the standard steps in systematically way.
