摘要 通过利用Solid Works三维建模及ANSYS Workbench三维仿真模拟软件,研究了铝电解槽在正常生产状态下,其有限元分析的几何切片模型以及相应的边界条件和数学模型。针对某电解铝厂的500 k A电解槽,通过计算确定了其复杂的边界条件,建立了较为全面的数学模型和精确的几何切片模型。以此作为前提条件,对该模型进行热电场计算分析。 By using Solid Works three-dimensional modeling and ANSYS Workbench three-dimensional analogue simulation software, the paper makes a study of the geometric slicing model of finite element analysis and the corresponding boundary conditions and mathematical model in aluminum electrolysis plant at the normal production state. For 500 k A electrolysis cell in a certain aluminum electrolysis plant, the paper determines the complicated boundary conditions; establish a more comprehensive mathematical model and accurate geometric slicing model through the calculation. As a prerequisite, the analysis of thermoelectric field calculation is carried out to the model.
