摘要
基于磁流变液的Bingham模型,分析了磁流变液在偏心圆筒中的流动,根据一维雷诺方程,建立了磁流变液在偏心圆筒中的剪切应力方程,并对剪切应力在偏心圆筒中产生的制动转矩方程进行了推导,分析了偏心圆筒磁流变制动装置的制动时间。结果表明:制动器是偏心结构,会对两圆筒之间的磁流变液进行楔挤压,由于挤压强化效应,偏心后的剪切应力和转矩比未偏心时分别提高了9%和8%,并且剪切应力和转矩都随外加磁场增加而增大;同时制动时间缩短了10%。
In this paper,the Bingham model of the MRF based on the analysis of the flow of MRF in eccentric cylinder,based on the one-dimensional shear Reynolds equation,established MRF in eccentric cylinder stress equation,and the she-ar force generated in the braking torque equation of eccentric cylinder is investigated,analyzed the braking time eccentric cylindrical magnetorheological brake device. The results showed that: the brake is an eccentric structure of MRF between the two cylinders of wedge extrusion,the extrusion strengthening effect,shear stress and eccentric torquethan non eccentricwere increased by 9% and 8%,and the shear stress and torque with magnetic field increasing; at the same time,shorten the braking time 10%.
