Resource Allocation Based on Artificial Fish Swarm Algorithm for D2D Communication Underlaying Downlink Heterogeneous Cellular Networks

摘要 针对D2D(Device-to-Device)通信复用异构蜂窝网络下行信道的资源分配问题,提出了一种基于人工鱼群的资源分配算法(AFSRA).该算法以最大化系统总容量为目标函数,并且为保证用户通信质量,通过约束条件合理地为D2D用户分配资源.通过仿真对AFSRA算法和随机资源分配算法进行了比较和分析,实验结果表明:AFSRA算法经过有限的迭代次数即可收敛,在计算量适当增加的情况下,能够获得更好的系统总容量. According to resource allocation problem of D2 D communication underlaying downlink heterogeneous cellular networks,the paper proposes the resource allocation algorithm based on artificial fish swarm algorithm which maximizes the system sum capacity as the objective function and allocates resources for D2 D pairs reasonably through constraints in order to ensure the quality of service of users. The AFSRA algorithm is compared and analyzed with the random resource allocation algorithm by simulation. The results show that the AFSRA algorithm converges in several iterations and obtains better system sum capacity with appropriate increase in computation.
