摘要
湖南电网特高压直流线路普遍使用420 k N及以上大吨位悬式绝缘子,大吨位悬式绝缘子运行性能直接影响电网安全稳定运行。本文首先对在运悬式玻璃绝缘子自爆、悬式瓷绝缘子低零值和破损三种主要缺陷进行统计,并对其危害性和处置措施进行介绍。结合一起特高压直流悬式瓷绝缘子的红外、紫外检测结果,讨论红外、紫外检测在特高压直流悬式瓷绝缘子检测中的有效性。结果表明,红外、紫外检测能够较好的实现特高压直流线路劣化绝缘子的检测。
With the extensive application of the 420 k N and above large tonnage suspension insulators on ± 800 k V UHV DC transmission lines in Hunan power grid,the safe and stable operation of UHV DC transmission lines are affected by the operating performance of the large tonnage suspension insulators directly. The statistics of the main defects such as selfshattering of glass insulator,low and zero resistance of porcelain insulators and insulator breakage are carried out,and the damage and disposal measure are discussed. A typical case that DC suspension insulators on ultra-high voltage are detected by infrared and ultraviolet methods is illustrated and the validity of infrared and ultraviolet methods in this case is discussed. The results show that infrared and ultraviolet detection methods are useful for ultra-high voltage DC deteriorated suspension insulators.
