摘要
本文针对无人值班变电站直流系统构成和运行特点,归纳总结了变电站直流系统远方监视中主要问题和风险,提出从设计采购、监控信息接入验收、监控日常监视和运维检修维护全过程风险管控手段,并以实际变电站直流系统风险防范为例进行说明。
In this paper,the main problems and risks in remote monitoring of DC system of substation are summarized according to the structure and operation characteristics of the unmanned substation DC system. The risk control measures for the whole process are put forward from design and procurement,monitoring information access to acceptance,monitoring daily monitoring and maintenance of operation and maintenance. At last the actual substation DC system risk prevention is taken to carry on the explanation as an example.
