摘要 针对湖南电网汛期存在的清洁能源消纳问题,提出在电网实时调度中,采用在线安全稳定分析系统结合潮流灵敏度分析实时评估电网安全裕度,从而优化运行方式、挖掘和提升清洁能源消纳能力的调度策略。本文基于电网调度的特点,指出了在线分析与灵敏度分析配合的功能优势,设计了将其分别用于挖掘电网通道送出潜力、优化清洁能源发电方式、调整实时电网运行方式的调度策略。案例证实了上述调度策略对提升电网清洁能源消纳能力的效果。 Against the clean energy consumption problem of Hunan power grid during flood season,dispatching strategy for optimizing the grid operation mode,mining and upgrading the clean energy consumption ability in the real-time dispatching work are proposed,which can evaluate the grid safety margin in real time by the online safety and stability analysis combined with the power flow sensitivity analysis. In this paper,the functional advantage of online safety and stability analysis and sensitivity analysis is pointed out,and dispatching strategies of mining power grid transporting potentials,optimizing clean energy power generation modes,and adjusting the real-time grid operation modes are separately designed. Examples confirm effects of the dispatching strategies on enhancing the clean energy consumption ability of the grid.
