New Welding Clapboard Reconstruction Application for a Certain 1000 MW Unit

摘要 某厂1 000 MW机组采用焊接隔板,因存在窄间隙焊接质量难以控制,曾发生隔板损坏事故。因此,对原隔板结构进行了改进,将围带式改为自带冠式的结构改进,并对改造前后的隔板结构进行了详细分析对比,在改造中成功的引入了相控阵检测技术;改造后隔板在机组上成功实施,消除了原隔板存在的质量隐患。 A certain 1 000 MW unit adopts welding partition,because there are narrow welding gaps in the production process,and the quality is difficult to control,and there has been partition damage accident before. Therefore,the original clapboard structure has been improved,the structure of the belt has been changed to its own crown,and the structure of the clapboard before and after the renovation has been analyzed and compared in detail. The modified partition was successfully implemented on the unit,and the quality hidden trouble existed in the original clapboard was eliminated.
