通过亚温等温退火解决高含量V、Nb、Ti、Al低合金结构钢锻件的低温冲击不合格问题

摘要 含有较高含量的细化晶粒元素(V、Ti、Nb)的低合金高强度结构钢大截面锻件,在进行正回火、调质处理后均出现了低温(-20℃)冲击功远低于要求值的现象。通过分析,对现有不合格锻件进行了亚温等温退火的热处理工艺挽救,全部合格。同时在后序的投料时,通过化学成分优化,使该类材质完全满足技术要求。 The impact energy value at low temperature ( - 20℃ ) of the large cross section of low alloy high strength structural steel forgings with high contents of grain refinement elements V,Ti,Nb is much less than the required value after normalizing & tempering and quenching & tempering. Through analysis, after the existing unqualified forg- ings have been ealTied out intereritieal isothermal annealing process, all the forgings meet the requirements. In the sub- sequent feeding, through the optimization of ehenfieal composition, the material has completely met the technical re- quirements.
