摘要
捣固焦炉推煤过程中塌饼现象是焦化工艺常见故障之一,对生产效率和工人劳动强度有很大影响。为有效解决机械塌饼现象,在推煤机构工况分析、载荷确定及动力学分析的基础上,应用Pro/E建立推煤机构链牵引实体模型,并导入ADAMS动力学仿真软件,用宏命令对实体模型施加接触与约束,完成牵引链的运动学及动力学的仿真,得到链条、链轮的速度与加速度曲线图,通过比较单一变量的改变而得到稳定性的比较,为推煤机构设计提供理论依据。
Tamping coke phenomenon of coal in the pushing process of cake collapse is one of the common faults of the coking process,which has great influence on the production efficiency and the labor intensity of workers. In order to effectively solve the mechanical collapse phenomenon,a coal pushing mechanism of chain traction entity model is determined based on the dynamic analysis and application of Pro/E,and the ADAMS dynamics simulation software is imported with macro command contact and constraint on the entity model,the simulation of kinematics and dynamics of traction chain is accomplished,the speed and acceleration curves of chain and sprocket wheel are obtained,and the stability of the comparison between the single variable change are got,which provides a theoretical basis for coal pushing mechanism design.
