摘要 针对射频能量采集系统中谐波抑制电路存在的效果不佳和效率不高的问题,论文提出一种基于对称二极管整流电路的扇形带线的谐波抑制电路设计。该设计使用对称二极管整流电路的设计对由非线性电子元件而引发的偶次谐波进行抑制,同时引入3个经过优化设计的扇形带线对3次谐波进行有效抑制,通过利用扇形带线所具有的宽带阻特性实现了整流电路对输入信号频率的较好的适应性。通过试验证明了,在测试条件下该电路能够在较宽的输入频段内有效抑制4阶输入谐波,且整流效率最大值达到78.2%。 Aiming at harmonic suppression circuit in ff energy acquisition system of poor effect and efficiency is not high ques- tion, this paper proposes a fan belt line based on symmetric diode rectifier circuit of harmonic suppression circuit design. The design uses symmetric diode rectifier circuit design of nonlinear electronic components caused by accidentally- to suppress harmonics, at the same time introducing three optimized design of fan belt line of three harmonic effectively-, through the use of fan belt line with broadband impedance characteristics of realizing rectifier circuit good adaptability of the input signal frequency. The experiment proves that the circuit can effectively- suppress the fourth order input harmonics in the wide input band, and the maximum rectifying efficiency reaches 78.2%.
