摘要 目前对环行器的研究不断趋于小尺寸,片式化。基于带线环行器理论,采用0.6mm厚牌号为XN28的镍系铁氧体材料,利用三维电磁仿真软件HFSS进行建模、仿真、优化分析后,设计了一款应用于X波段的宽频带小型化双Y结微带环行器。所设计的微带环行器在8GHz^12GHz宽频带内,显示出良好的环行性能。回波损耗以及隔离度均大于20d B,插入损耗约在0.5d B左右,电压驻波比(VSWR)小于1.22。仿真结果与实测结果在误差允许的范围内,基本吻合。在获得良好环行性能的同时,还达到了超宽带、小型化的设计要求。 The circulator design tends to be miniaturization and high integration. Based on line circulator theory, by using XN28 nickel ferrite materials with thickness of 0.6mm, a broadband miniaturization of microstrip circulator double Y which applied to the x-band is design. Then, the modeling, simulation and optimization analysis are designed by commercial electromagnetic sim- ulation software HFSS. The simulation results show that the good circle performance. The return loss and isolation are more than 20 dB, insertion loss is less than 0.5 dB, the VSWR is less than 1.22 at frequency range from 8GHz to 12GHz.The measured results and the simulation results are basically in line with the allowable en'or. The results not only meet the performance indicators but also meet the design requirements of the broadband and miniaturization.
