影像组学在肺癌诊疗中的应用进展 被引量:9

摘要 大部分实性肿瘤在基因、蛋白质、细胞、微环境、组织器官等不同水平上具有时间和空间异质性;组织活检等侵入性的分子检测方法仅能分析获取到的小部分实性肿瘤组织,不能全面反映肿瘤组织的特点,对实性肿瘤的整体评价和无进展期生存率的预测具有局限性.
