ZEB1在胃肠道间质瘤中的表达及其临床意义

The expression of ZEB1 in gastrointestinal stromal tumor and its clinical significance

目的探讨E盒锌指结合蛋白1(zinc finger E-box-binding homeobox 1,ZEB1)在胃肠道间质瘤(gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor,GIST)中的表达及其临床意义。方法通过免疫组织化学染色检测ZEB1在97例不同危险度的胃肠间质瘤中的表达,卡方检验分析ZEB1与临床病理因素的关联。结果 ZEB1的表达与GIST细胞核分裂像及危险度正相关;ZEB1高表达患者术后疾病无进展生存时间远低于ZEB1低表达者。结论在GIST当中,ZEB1可能具有促进肿瘤进展的作用。

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Zinc finger E-box-binding homeobox 1（ ZEB1） in gastrointestinal stromal tumor（GIST）. Methods The tissue expression of ZEB1 in 97 GIST cases was determined by immunohistochemistry（IHC）. The correlation between ZEB1 level and clinical pathological features was analyzed using Chi-square test. Results ZEB1 expression in GIST was positively correlated with mitotic figures（P=0.032） and degree of hazard（P=0.007）. The progression-free survival time in patients with high ZEB1 expression was significantly shorter than that of patients with low expression. Conclusion ZEB1 may be playing a role in GIST progression.
