“反转实习课”教学模式在组织胚胎学实习教学中的应用及评价

Application and evaluation of “Reversal Practice Class” teaching mode in experimental teaching of Histology and Embryology

目的为了对组织胚胎学实习教学进行改进,开展"反转实习课"教学模式研究并对其进行评估。方法对2015级临床及基础医学专业五个班级共140位学生进行教学改革,其中临床5班和基础2班采取"反转实习课"教学模式,另三个班级为对照组,采取传统教学方式。应用学生主讲、教师补充、师生互动的教学模式进行组织胚胎学实习教学;应用考试成绩统计对比及问卷调查方法对教学效果进行评价。结果 "反转实习课"组的理论及实习成绩均显著高于传统教学组,总成绩高分比例大于传统教学组。问卷调查显示,93%参加"反转实习课"的同学表示喜爱这种教学模式,68%未参加"反转实习课"的同学表示接受并希望组胚实习课实行该改革。结论"反转实习课"教学模式有助于激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学习能力和学习成绩。

Objective In order to improve the practice teaching of Histology and Embryology, ＂reversal practice class＂ teaching mode was introduced and evaluated. Methods A total of 140 students in the five classes of the 2015 clinical and basic medical majors were subject to this study. Among them, 5 clinical and 2 basic medicine classes adopted ＂reversing practice class＂ teaching mode, and the other three classes served as the control, adopting traditional teaching method. The new teaching method promoted student-led lecture supplemented with teacher＇s instruction as well as interaction between teachers and students. Statistics of test scores and questionnaire were used to evaluate teaching effectiveness. Results Both theoretical and experimental test results were better in the reverse practice group than the traditional control group, resulting in a higher total score. The questionnaire survey showed that 93% of the students who participated in the ＂reversal practice class＂ expressed their preference for the new teaching method. 68% students who did not participate in the ＂reversal practice class＂ expressed their expectation to implement this reform. Conclusion The teaching model of ＂reversal practice class＂ helps to stimulate students＇ interest in learning, improve their learning ability and academic performance.
