中西医结合治疗增生性瘢痕及其对碱性成纤维细胞生长因子与转化生长因子-β的影响

Clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating hypertrophic scars and its effect on basic fibroblast growth factor and transforming growth factor-β

目的探讨中西医结合治疗增生性瘢痕的临床效果,并分析其对患者碱性成纤维细胞因子(bFGF)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)的影响。方法收集2016年1月至2017年12月120例增生性瘢痕患者作为研究对象,将其按照不同治疗方案分为中西医结合组与常规组,各60例。常规组给予常规西药治疗,中西医结合组给予中西医联合治疗,观察2组临床治疗效果,并分析治疗前后bFGF、TGF-β表达。结果中西医结合组临床治疗总有效率92%,显著优于常规组的75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组中TGF-β表达量明显降低,而bFGF表达量增加,且2组间数据的比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中对于增生性瘢痕患者应用中西医结合治疗效果显著,可以有效降低TGF-β的表达,增强bFGF表达,极大减轻瘢痕增生的情况发生,最终提高临床治疗有效率,值得临床中应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine on hypertrophic scars and to investigate its effect on basic fibroblast growth factor（bFGF）and transforming growth factor-β（TGF-β）.Methods A total of 120 hypertrophic scars from January 2016 to December 2017 in our hospital were collected and divided into two groups（60 cases in each group）.The conventional group was treated with western medicine,and the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine group was treated by the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.The clinical curative effect was observed and the expression of bFGF and TGF-βbefore and after treatment was analyzed.Results The total effective rate of TCMWM combination group was 92%,which was significantly better than that of the conventional group（75%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;after treatment,the TGF-βexpression decreased and bFGF expression increased in two groups,and there was statistical significance between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Clinical application of Integrative Medicine has a significant effect on the patients with hypertrophic scars,which can effectively reduce the expression of TGF-β,enhance the expression of bFGF,greatly reduce the occurrence of scar hyperplasia,and ultimately improve the efficiency of clinical treatment,which is worthy of clinical application.
