An Innovative Study on the Career Planning Education for Vocational College Students

该文立足于职业院校职业教育发展的本质规律和职业院校大学生的实际情况,通过对我国职业院校大学生职业生涯规划教育的现状进行调查与分析,从职业生涯规划的教育理念、管理模式、课程体系3个方面提出相应对策。

Based on the essential laws of the development of higher vocational education together with the actual situation of vocational college students,this paper probes into the current situation of the career planning education for them as well as presenting relevant solutions in the aspects of its idea,mode of management and curriculum system.
