CO_2-数字减影血管造影在经颈静脉肝内门腔静脉分流术门静脉造影中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 二氧化碳(CO_2)被用作医学造影剂的历史可以追溯到20世纪40年代,经过几十年的发展,由于其安全、无肾毒性、无过敏反应、造影准确清晰等优点,医用高纯度CO_2已经被公认为是脑动脉及冠状动脉之外安全的血管造影剂之一^([1,2])。传统经颈静脉肝内门腔静脉分流术(TIPS)手术穿刺前需要行肠系膜上动脉或脾动脉间接门静脉造影,无疑增加手术时间和手术穿刺创伤等。
