摘要
以二次加压型污泥高压脱水压滤机滤板的易损件复位弹簧为研究对象,对单个弹簧在模拟工况下进行压缩变形试验。通过预设在弹簧周向三列应变片检测出压缩过程中的变形分布情况,找出弹簧失效机理是液压控制加载时,型腔变形从而使弹簧偏载,弹簧承载条件恶化而加快其疲劳失效。
With the easily worn part of filter plate of secondary compression type high pressure sludge dewatering filter press — a single return spring as the research object,compression deformation test was carried out on a single spring under the simulated condition. The deformation distribution in the compression process was detected by three columns of strain gauges preset circumferentially around the spring. It is found that when the spring failure mechanism is when the hydraulic control loading,the deformation of the cavity caused spring offset load,the spring loading condition deteriorates,which accelerates the fatigue failure of it.
