自来水厂滤池出水碟阀外漏维修方法探讨

Exploration on the New Method for Repairing External Leakage of the Butterfly Valve on Outlet Pipe of V-shaped Filtering Tank of Water Plant

自来水厂V型滤池出水蝶阀工作时需频繁调节开度,阀杆与阀体上的阀杆轴套磨损严重后更换阀杆密封件无法解决阀门的外漏问题。由于修复困难、且修复成本相对较高,常规做法是对阀门进行报废处理。本文介绍一种维修成本低、在线修复蝶阀因阀杆、轴套磨损严重导致外漏故障的方法,实际使用证明效果显著,在节水、节材方面意义较大。

When the butterfly valves on the outlet pipe of V-shaped filtering tank works in water plant,it is needed to adjust the opening frequently,and after the valve stem and the valve stem sleeve in the valve body were worn seriously,the replacement of the valve’s stem seal will be unable to solve the problem of the exterior leakage of the valve. Due to the difficulty of repair,and the maintenance cost is relatively high,the general practice is to scrap the worn valve. In this paper a low maintenance cost method for online repairing external leakage fault caused by serious abrasion of valve stem and shaft sleeve of butterfly valve is introduced,the actual use effect is proved to be remarkable,it has a great significance in the aspects of water and material conservation.
