摘要
α-卤代酰胺是一类性质稳定,方便易得的1,3-偶极子,其在碱性条件下原位产生氮-氧烯丙基正离子可与许多亲偶体发生偶极环加成反应。本文主要介绍了多种α-卤代酰胺的合成方法,这些方法操作简单,产率高,易于合成。
α-Haloamides are a class of 1,3-dipoles that are stable and readily available. The α-haloamides can generate nitrogen-oxyallyl cations in situ under basic conditions,then undergo dipolar cycloadditions with a wide range of dipolarophiles.The synthesis methods of α-haloamides were described in this article. These methods are simple,high yield,and easy to synthesize.
