摘要
北方的自来水中含有一定量的高价金属阳离子:Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、Fe^(3+),这些金属阳离子的存在会增加煤制浆的黏度,也会增加水煤浆的稳定性。煤制浆经常会加入碳酸钠等一些碳酸盐类,而Na_2CO_3的加入与这些离子会发生沉淀作用。本文通过碳酸钠与其它水煤浆成浆添加剂进行复配实验和对比实验得出:Na_2CO_3的加入与Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、Fe^(3+)离子发生了沉淀作用,由于没有了这些高价金属离子的作用,使硬水变为软水,水煤浆的黏度值变低,同时稳定性也变差;但随着Na_2CO_3的进一步加入,水中的金属离子己完全沉淀,此时由于过量的Na+的存在,使得Na+的作用占主导,这样随着Na+浓度的增加,水煤浆的黏度值又会增加,稳定性也得到了改善。
Tap water in northern China contains a certain amount of high-price metal cations: Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、Fe^(3+). The presence of these metal cations will increase the viscosity of coal pulping and will also increase the stability of coal water slurry. Coal slurry is often added with some carbonates such as sodium carbonate,and the addition of sodium carbonate will complexation with these ions. In this paper,the experiment of compounding sodium carbonate with other slurry additives and comparative experiments show that: the addition of sodium carbonate and Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、Fe^(3+)precipitated,and that hard water changes due to the absence of these high-valent metal ions. For soft water,the viscosity of the coal water slurry becomes lower and the stability also deteriorates. With the further addition of sodium carbonate,the metal ions in the water have completely precipitated. At this time,due to the presence of excess Na+,the role of Na+is dominant,so that as the concentration of Na+increase,the viscosity of the coal water slurry increases,stability has also been improved.
