摘要
以樟树成熟果皮中总多糖为考察指标,通过单因素实验考察了料液比、提取温度、提取时间等因素对多糖提取得率的影响,并通过正交实验法确定最佳提取工艺。实验结果表明,樟树成熟果皮中总多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比为1:22,在80℃下提取80min,樟树成熟果皮中总多糖提取得率为76.16 mg/g。优化后的提取工艺多糖得率高,简单易操作,稳定性好,为更好的进行樟树成熟果皮中总多糖的研究提供了科学依据。
Total polysaccharide is studied with mature pericarp of Cinnamomum camphora as raw material. Three factors are investigated of extraction time,extraction temperature,ratio of solid-liquid,and the optimum extraction process is determined by orthogonal experiment. The experimental results show: optimum extraction conditions of total polysaccharides is: ratio of solid-liquid 1∶ 22,extraction time 80 minutes and extraction temperature 80℃,the extraction yield of total polysaccharide is 76. 16 mg/g. The extraction process is simple and easy to operate in good stability.
