气相色谱测定生物乙醇制乙烯的液相产物

摘要 生物乙醇制乙烯是获得乙烯的可持续发展的方法。准确检测液相产物中的乙醇的剩余量、副产物种类及含量,对其催化剂及工艺的研发起着重要的反馈、指导作用。本文建立了,气相色谱外标法定量分析生物乙醇制乙烯的液相产物的方法。剩余乙醇(0.1~100mg/m L)和副产物(0.1~20 mg/m L)在相应的浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999。评价了该方法的准确度和精密度,均良好。 Acquiring ethylene from bioethanol is the way of sustainable development. It is important that the content of residual ethanol and byproducts is accurately determined. It can direct the researchs of catalyst and craft. In this article liquid products of bioethanol to ethylene were analyzed quantitatively by external standard method and gas chromatography. Residual ethanol( 0. 1~ 100 mg/m L) and byproducts( 0. 1 ~ 20 mg/m L) in range of each had good linear relationship with correlation coefficients more than 0. 999. And the accuracy and precision are good.
