摘要 以双[-6-氧-(-3-间硝基苯磺酰基-丁二酸-1,4-单酯-4-)-]-β-CD(β-CD-F2)作为手性选择剂,利用原位聚合反应制得新型β-环糊精衍生物手性高效毛细管电泳(HPCE)整体柱。对核苷类似物逆转录酶抑制剂拉米夫定外消旋体混合物进行手性拆分,通过探究p H值、工作电压等条件对拆分的影响,优化拆分条件,结果表明,在最佳条件下,拉米夫定两对映体分离度Rs达到22.02,初步建立了一种新型拉米夫定对映体的HPCE拆分分析方法。 Usingbis [-6-oxo-( 3-m-nitrobenzenesulfonyl-succinic acid-1,4-monoester-4-)-]-β-CD( β-CD-F2) as chiral selector,a chiral HPCE monolithic column was prepared in situ polymerization reaction. The nucleoside analog reverse transcriptase inhibitor lamivudine racemate was subjected to chiral resolution using the HPCE method. The conditions for the separation were obtained by investigating the influence of p H,working voltage,et al. The conditions were optimized. The results show that: under the optimal conditions,the two enantiomers of lamivudine the separation resolution Rs reaches 22. 02. An effective separation method of lamivudine enantiomer was established.
