摘要
目前,钻井液用抑制剂相对抑制率评价标准对钙膨润土基浆技术指标规定不合理,导致标准普适性不强,限制了该评价方法的推广,通过优选性能稳定的钙膨润土和碳酸钠加量,形成了一套可操作性强、结果准确可靠的钻井液用抑制剂相对抑制率评价新方法。
At present,the technical indexes of calcium bentonite base slurry is unreasonable in standard of evaluating the relative inhibition rate of inhibitors for drilling fluid and the promotion of this evaluation method is restricted,by studying the optimum calcium bentonite property,dosage of sodium carbonate,developing the test program,we formed a new relative inhibition rate evaluation method of inhibitor for drilling fluid,which has strong operability and the results is accurate and reliable.
