硫酸装置衬氟磁力泵故障分析与处理

摘要 国内某硫酸装置在投产运行后,部分衬氟磁力泵故障频繁。经拆解后发现磁力泵叶轮和泵壳衬里磨损严重,经过分析是由于泵入口衬氟管道内径过小,在泵入口处存在变径,使流动损失过大,导致泵发生汽蚀;通过更换满足使用要求的衬氟管道,防止泵汽蚀的发生,从而避免出现泵叶轮及壳体衬里的磨损。 Since one domestic sulfuric acid plant was put into operation,there have been faults in fluoroplastics magnetic pumps.After dismantling,it was found that the magnetic pump impeller and pump casing lining were seriously worn. After analysis,the pump inlet pipe lined by fluorine was too narrow,and the diameter was changed in the pump inlet,caused excessive flow loss,resulting in pump cavitation; We use the fluoroplastics lined pipe meeting the using requirement to avoid pump cavitation and the pump impeller and casing lining to be worn.
