摘要
从动力蒸汽、冷凝器、及抽空器压缩比等方面分析了影响常减压蒸馏装置减顶真空度和能耗的主要因素,通过抽真空系统的计算,研究了蒸汽抽真空与蒸汽+液环泵组合抽真空系统各级抽空设备的合理压缩比。
The major factors of the vacuum and energy consumption of the vacuum tower overhead in Atmospheric-vacuum Distillation Unit were analyzed from aspects of steam,and the compression ratio of the suction equipment. Through the calculation of the vacuum system,the reasonable compression ratio of the suction equipment was studied in the system of vacuum jet and the system combined vacuum jet and liquid-ring vacuum pump.
