摘要
《食品分析与检验》是食品科学与工程、食品质量与安全、食品营养与检验教育专业等食品相关学科的一门核心课程。随着社会的发展和教学体制的改革,建设在线开放课程对于提高教学质量显得尤为重要。本文就《食品分析与检验》在线开放课程建设过程以及建设过程中存在的问题进行探讨。
Food Analysis and Detection is one of the core curriculums of food science and engineering,food quality and safety,food nutrition and detection education,and other food related subjects. With the development of the society and the reform of the teaching system,it becomes more and more important for improving the teaching quality to construct the online courses. The construction processes of on-line course and the problems existing during the procedure were analyzed and inspected in this paper.
