摘要 依据地方院校创新性应用型人才培养的目标,笔者结合多年的无机及分析化学理论与实验课程教学,分析当前食品质量与安全专业无机及分析化学实验教学中的问题,从实验内容,教学手段,评分考核,绿色化学实验思想方面进行探讨,旨在达到培养学生具备科学严谨的实验素养、规范的基本单元操作、"绿色化学"创新实验的教学目的。 Based on the cultivating target of innovative applied talents in local university,the author combined with years of inorganic and analytical chemistry theory and experimental teaching,and analysized experiment teaching problems in inorganic and analytical chemistry of the current food quality and safety. Reform measures of teaching are explored from experiment content,teaching method,score evaluation,the thought of green chemistry experiment,which are aimed at cultivating students who have scientific and rigorous experimental quality,the basic unit of operation standardly,the thought of "green chemistry"innovation experiment.
