摘要
盲样考核是考察检测人员能力的需要,也是提升自身技术水平的重要手段。微生物盲样考核通常具有定性指标、定量指标、两者兼有三种类型[1]。其中菌落总数属于定量指标,它是评判水质优劣和水工艺处理是否达标的一项重要参数。本文通过比对分析不同稀释倍数样品间的菌落总数差异,对盲样考核提供一定的实验依据。
Blind assessment is a need to examine the capabilities of test person,also an important means to improve technical level of oneself. Blind assessment of microorganisms usually has qualitative indicators,quantitative indicators,and both types.The total number of bacteria is one type of quantitative indicator. It is an important parameter for judging whether the quality of water is good or not and whether the water treatment process meets the standard. This article analyzes the differences in the standard plate-count bacteria between different dilutions by comparison. Hope to provide some experimental basis for blind sample assessment.
