本文介绍了焦炉煤气中硫化氢的危害,国家对环保工作提出了更高的要求。1~6月份,某厂负压脱硫整体运行较为稳定,然而,受环境温度、水系难以保障等不利因素的影响,造成硫膏产量波动较大。通过对脱硫化验数据进行统计、分析后,制定一系列攻关措施,加强脱硫操作,脱硫效率得到改善。

This paper introduces the harm of hydrogen sulfide in coke oven gas,the state has put forward higher requirements for the environmental protection work.. From January to June,the overall operation of negative pressure desulphurization was relatively stable,however,affected by environmental temperature,water system is difficult to guarantee and other unfavorable factors,resulting in hydrogen sulfide content fluctuations after the tower. Through statistics,on the desulfurization test data after analysis,formulated a series of technological measures,strengthen desulfurization operation,the desulfurization efficiency has been improved.
