化工厂220kV母线接地开关选择的探讨

摘要 近年来,随着大型化工厂的新建,石油化工、煤化工装置出现了大型化、联合化的发展趋势,用电负荷多达200MW^400MW,这类化工厂内设置直接为其供电的220kV变电站,管理维护由厂内电气人员进行,而化工厂内电气人员的作业准则不同于国家电网等电力部门的管理规范,其安全因素就显得尤为关键。220kV变电站中母线接地开关的选择,关系着大型化工厂运行的稳定及检修人员的安全,其选择的合理性极为重要。 As newly-built large chemical plants are increasing in recent years,the petroleum chemical and coal chemical plants have shown a trend of large scale and joint development,with electric load reaching as high as 200 MW^400 MW,and equipped with 220 kV substation for supply power.Management and maintenance of the substation is in the charge of the electrical personnel of the plant,while the operation guideline and code for the electrical personnel in the chemical plant is not as complete as that of the public power sector,such as the National Grid.Therefore,safety stands out as a critical issue.The reasonable selection of the bus earthing switch of 220 kV substation is essential as it involves the operation stability of large chemical plant and safety of its maintenance personnel.
