锅炉湿法脱硫系统压石膏水分偏高的原因分析及解决方案

摘要 石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫是目前锅炉脱硫工艺中采用最普遍的一种高效脱硫方法,但由于其设计存在一定的缺陷和运行中操作的不明确性,易造成压石膏困难,石膏水分偏高的问题十分突出,本文针对石膏水分偏高的现象,对石膏浆液的成分、压滤设备的工艺布置等方面进行全面的分析,最后找出影响石膏压滤的关键因素,并实施技术改造,成功地解决了石膏压滤水分偏高的问题。 Limestone-Gypsum Wet Desulphurization,as a highly efficient way of desulphurization,is currently most widely used in boiler desulphurization process.However,the defect in the design and the uncertainty in operation leads to the difficulty in pressing gypsum and the serious problem of high moisture of gypsum.Against this backdrop,this paper,after a thorough analysis on the composition of gypsum slurry and process layout of press-filter equipment,finds out the key factor affecting gypsum pressing and filtering and successfully solves the problem of high moisture of gypsum pressing and filtering through technical upgrading.
