Analysis on Comprehensive Treatment Approaches of Phosphorus Gypsum

综述了近几年磷石膏在国内外的综合利用情况,针对我国磷石膏的分布特点和利用途径,以及利用现状进行分析,探讨了几种新型磷石膏利用技术,介绍了各种技术的工艺原理、特点和目前利用所存在的局限性。结合国内大型磷复肥企业的磷石膏利用研究成果及相应的市场应用情况,针对目前国内日趋严格的环保政策环境,提出了未来磷石膏应用的几点建议。

With the development and expansion of phosphorus chemical industry,the utilization and treatment of phosphorus gypsum have become a challenge that we can not afford to neglect.This paper overviews the recent comprehensive utilization of phosphorus gypsum at home and abroad,analyzes the distribution feature and utilization approaches and current status of phosphorus gypsum in China,discusses several new utilization technologies of phosphorus gypsum and introduces the process philosophy,features and application limitations of each technology.Based on the research on the phosphorus gypsum utilization in large compound phosphorus fertilizer enterprises and relevant market application status in China and under the circumstance of increasingly strict environment policy in China,the paper proposes some suggestions in future phosphorus gypsum application.
