摘要
以猪粪和玉米秸为原料,分别采用2种不同的腐熟剂A和B进行堆肥,通过检测堆肥过程中各项理化指标的变化来研究腐熟剂对堆肥过程的影响。试验结果表明:添加腐熟剂A 20 d后,猪粪就能达到基本腐熟,种子发芽指数达到50%以上;第35 d时,种子发芽率接近85%,碳氮比(C/N)在16左右,达到完全腐熟,比添加腐熟剂B提早3~5 d。添加腐熟剂A的堆肥过程升温迅速、高温期长,能够促进猪粪的快速腐熟。
Pig manure and maize straw as raw materials, were composted with two kinds of decomposition maturing agents A and B, respectively. The effects of decomposition maturing agents on composting process were studied by detecting the changes of physicochemical indexes during composting process. The resuhs showed that: after adding the decomposition maturing agent A 20 d, the pig manure could reach basic maturity, and the germination index of seed reached over 50%. In the 35d, the germination rate of seed was close to 85% , and the carbon nitrogen ratio (C/N) was about 16, which was completely maturity, 3 - 5 d earlier than that of adding the decomposition maturing agent B. The composting process adding decomposition maturing agent A could heat rapidly and keep a long period of high temperature, which can quickly promote the maturity of pig manure.
