摘要
原3套变换装置均采用绝热固定床反应器,存在能耗高、安全性差等问题,采用等温变换技术将3套装置合并为1套,并将合成氨产能由660 t/d提高至750 t/d。概述了等温变换技术所采用的可控移热变换炉的技术原理、主要设计参数和运行数据、操作要点,对运行中出现的常见问题进行原因分析并给出处理措施。
The original 3 sets of shift plants adopting adiabatic fixed bed reactor have high energy consumption and poor security problems. The original 3 sets of shift plants are merged into 1 set with isothermal shift technology, and the ammonia production capacity is enlarged from 660 t/d to 750 t/d. The technology principle, main design parameters, operation data and operation key points of controllable heat removal shift converter used in isothermal shift technology is summarized. And common problems in the operation are analyzed and con'esponding treatment measures are presented.
