摘要 简述了多喷嘴对置式水煤浆加压气化工艺流程及激冷室结构特点,针对酸性气量大、黑水角阀缓冲筒体冲蚀和气化炉带灰问题进行分析,提出气化炉洗涤冷却室改造方案。该改造方案资金投入少,可有效改善气化炉带水、带灰问题,减少了气化炉黑水夹带的有效气量,实现了装置的优化增产。 The process flow of multi-nozzle opposed coal-water slurry pressurized gasification and structure characteristics of quench chamber are summarized, the problems of large quantity of acid gas, erosion of black water angle valve buft)r cylinder and gasifier ash entrainment are analyzed, renovation plan of scrubbing-cooling chamber of gasifier is proposed. The renovation plan needs low capital investment, it can effectively improve problem of water and ash entrainment of the gasifier and reduce effective gas volume in gasifier black water, and the optimization and increasing production of the unit are achieved.
