摘要
为将脆弱性理论更好地应用于安全工程学科,在脆弱性已有的三大特征要素基础上加入扰动度特征要素,提出脆弱性四特征要素(扰动度、暴露度、敏感度和适应度),建立脆弱性"玻璃心"模型及适用于该模型的指标体系和指数公式。研究结果表明:脆弱性四大特征要素间并非独立或递次关系,而是相互交叉影响;脆弱性"玻璃心"模型可以较好地表示各特征要素间的复杂关系,将该模型应用于煤矿火灾事故进行检验,建立煤矿火灾脆弱性指标体系,采用脆弱性指数公式计算煤矿火灾的脆弱性程度,能较为准确地反映出煤矿火灾脆弱性的真实状况。
In order to better apply the vulnerability theory in the safety engineering discipline,the characteristic element of disturbance degree was added into the existing three characteristic elements of vulnerability,and the four characteristic elements of vulnerability were put forward,including the disturbance degree,exposure degree,sensitivity and adaptation degree,then a vulnerability"Glass Heart"model and the corresponding index system and index formula being applicable to the model were established. The results showed that there was not the independent or sequence relationship among the four characteristic elements of vulnerability,while the interactive intersection influence. The vulnerability "Glass Heart"model could better represent the complex relationship among the various characteristic elements. The model was applied in the fire accident of coal mine to carry out the verification,and the vulnerability index system of coal mine fire was established,then the vulnerability index formula was used to calculate the vulnerability degree of coal mine fire. The results showed that the actual situation about the vulnerability of coal mine fire could be reflected more accurately.
