摘要
建筑陶瓷全抛釉砖对透明釉提出了更高的要求。本试验通过钾长石和钠长石用量的相对变化,设计了一组长石生料透明釉和一组钙生料透明釉配方,电炉中1220℃烧成。肉眼观察釉面效果,用500倍放大镜观测釉中的气孔(泡)情况。结果表明,随着釉中的钾、钠长石用量的变化,釉中显微气孔(泡)的数量与大小相应变化,对釉的透明度产生影响。
Fully-polished ceramic tiles put forward higher requirements for transparent glazes in the building ceramic industry. Through some changes to the potash feldspar and soda feldspar content, this experiment designed a group of formulas for raw transparent feldspar glazes and raw transparent calcium glazes fired at 1220 ℃ in the electric furnace. Observing the effects of the macro glazes and the pores (bubbles) in them with a 500 times magnifier found that the quantity and size of the micro pores (bubbles) changed with the the amount of potassium and sodium feldspar in the glaze.
