长江流域水资源保护现状分析与关键技术研究展望 被引量:7

摘要 在分析流域水资源保护管理现状和存在的主要问题基础上,根据流域机构在水资源保护管理工作中的主要职责,以水量、水质和水生态统一保护为原则,建议了流域水资源保护的内容框架。根据水资源保护对科学技术的需求,提出了当前长江流域水资源保护亟需开展研究的十项关键技术及其主要研究内容。为贯彻"维护健康长江,构建人水和谐"的治江思路提供支撑。 A frame structure of water resources protection system in the Yangtze River basin was proposed basedon the analysis of the present situation and the main problems in the management, in accordance with the mainduties of the valley management administrations, and with the principles of integrated protection of water quanti-ty, water quality and water ecology. Besides, according to the scientific and technological demands on water re-sources protection, 10 key techniques were proposed to meet the current urgent needs, and their main researchcontents were outlined so as to support the implementation of the idea"a healthy Yangtze River in harmony withpeople".
