液相色谱质谱法快速测定饮用水中39种氨基甲酸酯农药 被引量:2

Rapid Detection of 39 Carbamate Pesticide Residues in Drinking Water by Liquid Chromatography-tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘要 为建立同时测定饮用水中39种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留的方法,样品经乙腈提取后,采用超快速液相色谱-串联质谱(UFLC-MS/MS)检测方法进行测定。以Shim-pack XR-ODSⅡ色谱柱为分离柱,采用正离子扫描方式,多反应监测模式监测,分别选2对离子对每种化合物进行定性,外标法定量。结果表明所有化合物在各自合适范围内具有良好的线性关系(r>0.999),在1.0,5.0和40.0μg/L三个水平进行添加回收实验,平均回收率在81.9%~106.3%之间,相对标准偏差均小于6.4%;方法检出限(LOD)为0.04~0.2μg/L。本实验所建立的测定方法灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于饮用水中氨基甲酸酯的快速检测。 An ultrafast liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry( UFLC-MS/MS) was established to de-tect of 39 classes of carbamate pesticides in drinking water. The sample was analyzed by UFLC-MS/MS in posi-tive mode with multiple reaction monitoring, and Shim-pack XR-ODSⅡ column as the separation column. Twoproduct ion transitions for each of the carbamate were used. The method was quantified by the external standardmethod. The results show that the working curves are linear within the appropriate range(r〉0.999). The recov-ery rates are between 81.9% ~106.3% and the relative standard deviations are less than 6.4% at the spiked lev-els of 1.0, 5.0 and 40.0 μg/L. The limits of detection are 0.04~0.2 μg/L. The method is sensitive and reproduc-ible, and can be applied to the detection of carbamate pesticide residues in water.
