摘要
通过建立AIDS模型,根据中国中部8省城乡居民2000—2015年人均可支配收入和人均食品消费支出情况,对居民的粮食、肉类、蛋类、水产品4小类食品平均支出数据进行分析,研究中部城乡居民食品消费结构、变化趋势及其原因。主要研究结论:中部农村居民食品消费中粮食支出份额最高,城镇居民肉类消费支出较高;城镇居民蛋类和肉类的支出份额随真实收入的增加反而下降,农村居民则会随着真实收入的增加而增加;城镇就业者人口负担重的家庭对粮食和肉类的消费支出较高,农村劳动力人口负担重的家庭对粮食的消费支出较高。
Through the establishment of AMDS model, the paper analyzes the data of per ca pita disposable income and per ca pita food consumption expenditmre of urban and rural residents in eight central provinces of China, and the average expenditure data of food, meat, egg and aquatic products in four categories. This paper studies the food consumption structmre, changing trend and treasons of urban and rural tresidents in central China. The main tresearch conclusion: rural tresidents in the central tregion have the highest shatre of food expenditmre, and the consumption of meat in urban atlas is higher; the share of expenditmre on eggs and meat of urban tresidents decreases with the increase of treal income, while that of rural tresidents will increase with the increase of treal income; the consumption of grain and meat is higher in households with a high employment burden per worker in urban atlas; househod consumption expenditmre on food is also higher in rural atlas, whetre the burden of employment is higher for each labor force.
