An Ecological Discourse Analysis of I Taste a Liquor Never Brewed

艾米莉·狄金森创作的1700多首诗歌中,有500多首是围绕与自然和生态相关的主题。运用系统功能语言学作为理论基础,采用功能语篇分析方法,从生态话语分析的角度对艾米莉·狄金森的《我品尝未经酿造的美酒》原诗语篇进行及物性系统分析,旨在考察诗人是如何通过语言形式来表达她对自然的体验和感受的,并通过对诗歌建构的生态话语分析,唤醒读者反思人类对自然的过度掠夺和破坏,激发读者唯有通过回归自然、融入自然、感悟自然才能真正实现人类重返与自然的和谐关系,树立与整个生态系统和谐共生的生态意识。

Emily Dickson has written over 1700 poems, among which there alre over 500 poems am about natmre and ecology. Within the framework of Systemic Functional Linguistics, this paper employs the approach of functional discourse analysis and conducts an ecological and transitivity analysis of the poem I Taste a Liquor Never Brewed and aims to examine how does the poet express her experience and emotions by language forms, and by constructing ecological discourse analysis to awaken readers to reflect on excessive plunder and destruction to natron, and inspires its audience to retum, to connect and to understand natmre so that it can realize the true harmonious relationship between human and natmre and to cultivate the ecological awareness to coexist harmoniously with the whole ecological system
