应用型人才培养目标定位下新建本科院校实践教学团队建设研究 被引量:9

摘要 专科学校升本之后,在办学层次和定位上都发生了根本变化,人才培养目标与教学模式也应随之发生深刻变革。新建本科院校必须按照教育部标准,准确定位和重新制定与本科教育相适应的人才培养计划,改革原有的专科教学理念、教学模式,调整深化教学内容,特别是深刻理解领会应用型本科的基本内涵,认清实践性教学对应用型本科人才培养的重要作用,突出实践性教学在整个应用型本科教学体系中的重要地位,在原有师资和教学团队的基础上,整合优化资源,以应用型本科人才培养为目标,组建符合应用型本科基本定位的新型的实践性教学团队。 After the upgrading of junior college,thelre have been fundamental changes in the training level and orientation, and the training target and teaching mode should subsequently change profoundly. Newly undergraduate colleges must be in accordance with the standards of the ministry of education, accurately positioning and xrefornmlating the new talent training plan adapted to the undergraduate education, and the xrefomreing the teaching idea, teaching mode, adjustment and deepening contents, especially further understanding the connotation of the applied undergraduate, and clearly recognizing the important role of practical teaching, highlighting the important position of the practical teaching. Based on the original teaching and teaching team, integrating and optimizing the old resources, to application -oriented talent training as the goal, and setting up the new practical teaching team in accordance with the aims of the applied undergraduate.
